Peake Solutions’ engineers and designers will discuss your project requirements with you, customize a solution to meet your needs, and will develop the design to make it manufacturable and ready for release to your market.  You will receive all drawings, models, analyses and required documentation to retain at your facility.

• Create a working list of all specific design requirements • Create functional prototypes for testing and evaluation • Create test protocols and engineering test summaries • Conduct product testing at your facility or at an approved test lab • Perform a product risk analysis
• Create detailed drawings and CAD models • Create tolerance analyses • Complete engineering analyses; finite element analysis and calculations • Verify that all design requirements have been met • Conduct drawing and design reviews • Review drawings with the manufacturing facility of your choice
